1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only by using the same email you used to make purchase .
- To be eligible for a refund, the training participant must not have progressed beyond the English language test in the course.
2. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, the participant must enter their email in the refund page
- Refund requests will be processed within 30 days from the date of submission..
-After the refund is sent, it takes up to 15days to appear in your bank statement
3. Email Confirmation:
- Upon receiving a refund request, we will send an acknowledgment email to confirm the request.
4. Refund Approval:
- Refunds are subject to approval based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used during the initial purchase.
5. Training Materials Access:
- Upon the approval of a refund, the participant will lose access to all trainings, plugins, materials and resources.
6. Refund Denial:
- Refund requests that do not meet the specified eligibility criteria will be denied.
